Refund Policy

In short: the Fortune Report is a digital product delivered instantly, so it is not refundable once it is made. If you were charged and did not get your report, or paid twice, you get your money back.
Numerology Fortune Report
- Your report is made and delivered as soon as your payment is confirmed. Because of this, it is non-refundable once delivered.
- Please check your name spelling and date of birth before you pay.
When you get a full refund
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- Money was taken but your order did not go through, and we cannot deliver your report.
Email digital@sheelaa.com with your order ID and the email or WhatsApp number you used. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Name correction services
Completed or partially completed consultations and reports are non-refundable. For anything else about a name correction booking, email digital@sheelaa.com. Name correction services follow the main House of Sheelaa refund policy.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, any amount taken is usually returned to you automatically by your bank or Cashfree within 5 to 7 business days. If it is not, email us and we will help.
